
Detailed plan for Parcel 2.2 of phase one of New Kabul City approved and signed
KABUL (Pajhwok) -- The Ministry of Urban Development and Housing announced that the detailed plan for Parcel 2.2 related to the first phase of New Kabul City has been officially approved and signed.
The ministry's press release described the approval as an important step in the development of New Kabul City that will accelerate prosperity and expansion. Parcel 2.2, being developed by Oksin Ariana Construction Company, will provide suitable conditions for urban order, standard services, and sustainable development based on the approved plan.
The plan covers 2,672 jeribs of land owned by the company, ensuring all construction and development activities follow the specified layout. Designed according to urban principles and standards, it includes organized road networks, residential areas, service facilities, green spaces, and public amenities.
Maulvi Najibullah Hayat Haqqani, the Minister of Urban Development and Housing, approved the plan as part of the larger New Kabul City development project. The ministry stated that implementation will create conditions for urban order, quality services, and sustainable growth.
The New Kabul City project aims to manage Kabul's population growth, establish modern residential areas, and improve urban services. The approval of Parcel 2.2's detailed plan marks significant progress toward realizing the project.
